SUPERRAFTS CC provides the following services:

DESIGN

Our services included the design of your raft foundation including raft layout plans, reinforcement details, NHBRC documents and Council approvals. Engineer’s inspections and completion certificates are also provided.

SETTING OUT

We employ the services of a professional Land Surveyor and will provide a certificate for the correct setting out of the building.

EARTHWORKS

We provide the earthworks platform to the required levels and Engineer’s specifications. DCP compaction tests are done to ensure compliance to the compaction requirements.

We have our own earthmoving and compaction equipment and do all the earthworks in-house.

RAFT FOUNDATION

We employ up to twenty teams of the most experienced site personnel in the business and you can be assured of the best quality work available.

Our services included the excavation of ground beams, installing of side shuttering, 250 micron plastic sheeting, fixing of reinforcement and pouring of ready-mix concrete.

The surface of the raft foundation can be power floated to provide a smooth hardwearing surface which will save you costs on screeding.

When complete we will have provided you with the complete substructure of your building, constructed to SABS standards and certified by an independent professional Engineer and Land Surveyor.
